CLIENTS: In UNITED SEARCH we process the personal data provided by our clients in order to manage the professional relationship with them, invoice, and provide the contracted service.
CANDIDATES: In UNITED SEARCH we process the personal data provided by candidates to work in the companies of our clients in order to provide them with the service of management and job search, previous candidate’s consent.
‘Processing’ means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
We do not do profiling nor automated decisions will be made with the information provided by the users of this website.
3- What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
The legitimacy refers to the legal basis of processing personal data that UNITED SEARCH carries out based on the purpose pursued, as explained below:
a) If you are a company or a professional who has asked for our consulting, search and selection of professionals services for your company, the legitimacy for processing your personal data, regarding the professional relationship with the client, is based on the art. 6.1.b) of the GDPR, so that the processing is necessary for the execution of the services requested by the client or for the application, at the request of the later, of pre-contractual measures.
b) If you are a job applicant for one of the companies that hire our services, the legitimacy for processing your Personal Data regarding the management of your professional profile for the provision of employment services is based on art. 6.1.a) of the GDPR, as the interested parties gave the consent for processing of their data and so that we can provide their profile to potential employers.
The consent for processing your data may be withdrawn at any time. In no case the withdrawal of consent will condition the execution of the contract reached with UNITED SEARCH, unless such treatment is essential to provide the requested service.
4- How long will we keep your personal data?
The personal data provided by the clients will be kept by UNITED SEARCH while the professional relationship between the parties is maintained, and its deletion is not requested by the interested party or a legal obligation persists.
The Personal Data provided by the candidates will be kept by UNITED SEARCH, with a maximum term of 36 months, after that period of time we will contact them to renew their consent, in case it is of interest for both parties to keep your personal data for the described purposes.
UNITED SEARCH will adopt the appropriate security measures to preserve the integrity of the information and the confidentiality of the personal data and avoid its violation during the time in which it is stored.
5- To which recipients will your data be communicated?
The personal data collected through the “CONTACT” form that appears on the website, or by other means, will not be communicated to any third party, they will only be treated for the purposes set out in these privacy policies.
The personal data provided by the candidates to work with our clients will be provided to such companies with the sole purpose of providing them with the service of management and job search, previous candidate’s consent.
The Personal Data obtained from third parties will not be transferred, except legal obligation. The data collected is for the exclusive use of UNITED SEARCH.

At any time, you can request access to the data and obtain confirmation about processing of your personal data by UNITED SEARCH.
Interested persons have the right to access their Personal Data and request the rectification of those that are inaccurate or, where appropriate, request their removal when, among other reasons, the Personal Data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, interested persons may request the restriction of the processing their Personal Data, in which case they will only be stored for initiate claims or defense from them.
